This morning I will light a candle, a very unique, special candle for some very unique and special people here on Blogstream.
This particular candle was given to me as a gift and I have been waiting for a special ocassion to light it.
The occasion has arisen.

There are many who need our thoughts, positive energy and prayers.
Renegade started a new Blog entitled,"Circle of Light" to compliment my
Blog, "Safe Haven" and we are working together on this as we both care
very much for those in need, those who are struggling...those in pain.
Circle of Light is a place for one to go when in need of spiritual strength/prayers/hope!
There
is strength in numbers and there are some beautiful "numbers" on this
Stream! Stop by and see who is in need of prayer/positive thoughts/
soul energy...kindness!
Let them know you are thinking about them and know I keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers daily!

It is a Wood Wick candle and sounds just like a crackling fire. It
holds very special meaning to me, as do the ones on Blogstream I have
become very fond of.
The manufacturer of the candle is "Yankee Candle" and I thought of ^BELLE^ right away and her darling husband!
I thought of "her" recent discovery and the truths she uncovered while on a long journey that has held a lot of pain.
And although her determination has brought her to a crossroads, please
continue to support her while bravely walking her "new path." She has
just made a huge first step in confronting what has been a life long
crises for her.

While
visiting other blogs and sharing in the everyday joys that one will
write, stop for a moment, a moment of your time, to visit with those
who need our support right now, more than ever.
There are a lot of beautiful, loving and compassionate people on this "Stream".....
Reach out a hand and watch as the Love you share comes back to you in abundance!
You've come a long way, baby!!!!
And your right, we all struggle and sometimes we don't even know who needs any support because a lot of us, me included, kind of put everything on the back burner, so to speak, when we blog and we like to have fun, which is good, but all of us is never revealed.
There are certain aspects of our lives we should keep private, but I feel if there is something going wrong and hurting us emotionally, we should be able to openly share about it without having to be "preached to" or "judged."
And I know that's why a lot don't share, because they tell me so, after receiving comments to the affect like "You have to think positive" and "Things will get better" or "Cheer up", that's all well and good but it's not what someone wants to hear when there is only negative happenings in their life.
People just need others to LISTEN and be KIND and COMPASSIONATE.
It's really very simple and it's very hard!!!!
And, to belong to a group like this, everyone should feel free sharing about what's going on in their lives. And some do!!!
That's what we're here for, to love one another. I've never found another reason, have you?
With Solid, what you see is what you get and I don't KNOW anyother way to be, but open and honest!
I rant and rave on my Safe Haven Blog because it's a place where not anyone can come onto, there are Guide Lines and they are there to PROTECT others in pain from experiencing what I spoke of above. If the rules are broken, the comments are removed!
Everyone needs a safe place and everyone needs to feel Loved! I never thought that was asking too much anywhere I went, and I still don't think it is!!
And..It's Working and that's all that matters!!!

How many feelings that were right on the surface but unable or uncomfortable sharing openly for fear of, well, some of the comments I saw on your blog a long time ago!!
So, I understand someone's hesitation, especially after a great loss. And, we all grieve differently!!!
I know many have read The Mourner's Bill of Rights and PLEASE and have printed out copies to share with others who are having a hard time supporting them as they cannot relate.
But, that's OK, because there are many ways to be supported if one really cares to do so. And I'm seeing it more and more!!!
