I have been going through a lot of 'memories'. Some unknown to me, since my head injury from my accident in '96 has blocked some things that I 'think' were precious, or as I've been reading and finding.
Some very vivid and horrific times I really didn't want to be reminded of, has moved in. Although, an unwelcome guest, but one that will provide the missing chapters to my life...and if at all possible, an ending to a time, so far from being over will be uncovered just enough, just long enough to realize it's truth. Knowing I don't have to like it, but will have to accept it.
And...could NEVER get by without A LOT of help from my friends!!!

I found this below that I'm posting in a heap of papers and just thought I would share it.
It says a lot!
IMAGINE...
There is a bank that credits your
account each morning with $86,400.
It carries over no balance from day to day.
Every evening deletes whatever part of the
balance you failed to use during the day.
What would you do?
Draw out ALL OF IT, of course!!!!
Each of us has such a bank. It's name is TIME.
Every morning it credits you with 86,400 seconds.
Every night it writes off, as lost,
whatever of this you have failed to invest
to good purpose.
It carries over no balance.
It allows no overdraft.
Each day it opens a new account for you.
Each night it burns the remains of the day.
If you fail to use the day's deposits,
the loss is yours.
There is no going back.
There is no drawing against the "tomorrow",
You must live in the present on today's deposits.
Invest it so as to get from it the utmost!
In health, happiness, and success!
The clock is running.
Make the most of today.
To realize the value of ONE YEAR,
ask a student who failed a grade.
To realize the value of ONE MONTH,
ask a mother who gave birth to a premature baby.
To realize the value of ONE WEEK,
ask the editor of a weekly newspaper.
To realize the value of ONE HOUR,
ask the lovers who are waiting to meet.
To realize the value of ONE MINUTE,
ask a person who missed the train.
To realize the value of ONE SECOND,
ask a person who just avoided an accident.
To realize the value of ONE MILLISECOND,
ask the person who won a silver medal
in the Olympics.
Treasure every moment that you have!!
And treasure it more because you shared it
with someone special,
special enough to spend your time.
And remember that time waits for no one.
Yesterday is history.
Tomorrow is a mystery.
Today is a gift.
That's why it's called the present!!!
Friends are a very rare jewel, indeed.
They make you smile and encourage you to succeed.
They lend an ear, they share a word of praise,
and they always want to open their heart to us.
If you know for a truth that you are blessed
to know real friendship...
Never take them for granted.
For, TRUE friendship accepts ALL OF YOU.
Not just the parts that blends well with their lifestyle.
A TRUE FRIEND is always just a breath away.
A TRUE FRIEND doesn't lecture, they LISTEN.
A TRUE FRIEND doesn't look at the clock when the phone rings.
A TRUE FRIEND gives unconditional LOVE and SUPPORT.
A TRUE FRIEND knows when words are meaningless,
and just HOLDS you.
A TRUE FRIEND knows the good and the bad about you...
and continues to LOVE you regardless.
A TRUE FRIEND picks up the phone when you call at 1AM
and talks with you until the sun comes up.
NOW...Hold up ONE HAND!
Because that's all you will be able to, if your being HONEST.
If after reading the SEVEN TRUTHS that make a TRUE FRIEND...
If you can hold up ONE FINGER when counting the number of
TRUE FRIENDS you have...YOU ARE BLESSED!!!
If you held up TWO FINGERS, you are EXTREMELY BLESSED!!!
We ALL have MANY aquaintances and we ALL use (very) loosely,
the term friendship.
NEVER FORGET the REASONS you know that you have TRUE FRIENDS
beyond ANY DOUBT!!!
AND, CHERISH EVERY MOMENT OF THEIR LOVE!
Peace and Love...Solid
PS...If inclined to do so, share of your TRUE FRIEND and
do ADD your personal TRUTH on why!
